Day Tours are a minimum of 12 hours. Do you only have one day and really want to explore a bit of the Grand Canyon?  We have a great day tour. 

My Arizona Guide will whisk you away to Northern Arizona and the Grand Canyon.  Start your tour with a quick drive through Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon or we are happy to drop you off in Williams, Arizona where you can enjoy a step back in time aboard The Grand Canyon Railroad as it chugs its way up to the Grand Canyon Depot. Your personal guide will be waiting for you at the depot where sight seeing opportunities are endless.  We always recommend the historic El Tovar restaurant for lunch and would be happy to make a reservation for you, they are required. If your desire is to take a little walk or visit the museum and gallery of Mary J. Colter’s Hopi House or the Famous Kolb Brothers Studio.

After exploring Grand Canyon Village, we will travel east along the approximately 30 mile rim road, making brief stops along the way of course, to the breathtaking view a top Desert View Watch Tower. This amazing landmark was skillfully crafted by famed architect Mary J. Colter, incorporating many of the ancient construction technique, material, art and design of the Native American cultures that have inhabited this sacred area for thousands of years.

Upon leaving the park we will cross the Painted Desert to Cameron. If time allows, the historic Cameron Trading Post is the perfect place to stop and eat in their magnificent dining room overlooking the Little Colorado River and their shop with both fine artisan pieces and trinkets is a great place to load up on gifts for family & friends. The last leg of our journey takes us to the high country and through Flagstaff.  Dinner is always an option or just relax, sleep and bask in the memories of the day.

Grand Canyon Aerial Helicopter Tours
One of the best way to see the canyon is on a Helicopter Tour. Your guide will deliver you to the Grand Canyon Airport for an intimate aerial tour of the canyon.

Grand Canyon Helicopter Havasupai Day Tour
Visit the remote village of Supai, hidden deep in the Grand Canyon for over 700 years. My Arizona Guide offers a very long day tour into the canyon along Havasu Creek, where three breathtaking water falls, Navajo Falls, Havasu Falls and Mooney Falls cascade down sheer cliffs and through canyons on it’s way to the Colorado River. This tour requires at least a 5 mile hike round trip, exposure to extreme conditions and limited access to services.  This tour is not for the faint of heart, you really do need to be prepared for this adventure.

Includes helicopter into Supai and back, 5 hours to explore the magnificent waterfalls and canyon. Truly unforgettable!

Includes plane to West Rim, helicopter flight down to the Colorado River for a short river tour on a pontoon boat, helicopter flight back out of the canyon, ground tour at West Rim, lunch, after lunch short walking tour along the rim and plane back to Grand Canyon Airport,  south rim.
