Each class offers a unique atmosphere, entertainment, various amenities, passenger service attendant and restroom facilities. Passengers can also take a different class of service each way, based on availability. Box lunches can also be added to any Northbound trip for just $9.00 per person, plus tax.

PULLMAN COACH
Fastidiously restored 1923 Harriman-style Pullman cars with reversible bench-style seats allow guests to face one another. The old-time cars have windows that open allowing in the mountain air and the familiar clicketyclack. It’s travel as it truly was in the Old West. BUDD COACH
Named after the famous Budd Manufacturing Company, these streamliner-era coaches will get you from point A to point unbelievable with grace and style. The cars are air-conditioned from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Complimentary soft drinks provided.

Budd Coach - GCR has purchased 1950s era cars to help assist our aging Pullman cars. The Budd Coaches will run year-round while the Pullman Coaches will be utilized over the busy summer. The Budd cars also have air-conditioning for the warmer summer months - the price is $5 more from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.

CLUB CLASS
Gather ‘round our custom mahogany bar in this modified Pullman car with friends from all corners of the world and let the good times roll. A hand-finished fullystocked cash bar serves as the centerpiece. Coffee and pastries provided during the morning journey, complimentary soft drinks served throughout.

FIRST CLASS
The opulence of oversized reclining seats along with extra-large windows make for a true First Class experience. Enjoy the fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juice provided during the morning journey and champagne and snacks on the way back. OBSERVATION DOME
The room with a view. Glide through the landscape while enjoying amazing panoramic views from above the train in a glass-enclosed streamliner dome car. Fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juice are provided on the outbound journey with champagne and snacks served on the way back.

LUXURY PARLOR CLASS
Inside our exclusive parlor class is the grand tradition of elegance and extraordinary comforts. Live like a railroad baron and enjoy lounge-style comfort including a private bar and access to the open air rear platform. Fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juice are provided throughout the morning and champagne and snacks complement the afternoon journey.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is expected at the time of reservation. Credit cards are processed at time of reservation. GCR accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Group Policy (16 or more people)
a) 50% of the total estimated event is due at the time of booking unless previous credit has been established. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
b) The balance of the total estimated event is due 30 days prior to travel or the event is subject to cancellation.

Guaranteed Numbers / Rooming List
For group reservations of 10 people or more, a preliminary rooming list must be provided for all set functions 45 days prior to the function, and a guaranteed number of people along with a final rooming list must be provided 30 days prior. Non-specified rooms or seats will be released back to GCR on the 29th day prior to departure.

FEES & POLICIES
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current train tax is 9.725%; hotel tax is 11.237%; Food & Beverage tax is 11.225%. The National Park entrance fee is $8.00 per person (for anyone age 17 or older), or $20 per family. Max & Thelma’s Restaurant: a $1.00 per person gratuity will be added to the bill for parties of 10 or more. Train Service: a $2 per person gratuity will be added for groups of 10 or more. Northern Arizona Regional Tours: Based on adult double occupancy. All add-on options require roundtrip train passage aboard GCR. GCR assumes no responsibility or liability for errors, omissions or changes in association with activity providers and services provided.

MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Train, hotel and package cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to 12:00 noon on reservation date in order to receive a refund. A $10 cancellation fee per train passenger will be deducted. No refunds will be given for cancellations given under 48 hours, however, train travel can be rebooked for a future date up to one year from the original date of travel. For group reservations of 10 or more people all modifications or cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival date otherwise a $10.00 per person cancellation fee will be incurred. For Charter bookings, special charter policies apply.

DAY OF TRAVEL
Arrive 1.5 hours ahead of train departure Arizona time to allow your client/group time to enjoy gift shops, museum and Wild West show. Tickets must be picked up no later than 1 hour prior to departure Arizona time. GCR will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets or for passengers who have missed their scheduled train(s). Please note Arizona does not observe daylight savings time.

TRAIN DELAY
In the unlikely event that GCR cancels a scheduled train, you will be offered either a full refund by original method of payment within ten days of the date of travel or the option to reschedule on an alternate date, based on availability. GCR reserves the right to alter time schedules, substitute or supplement equipment and/or motive power as operating conditions demand. GCR is not liable for delays and its liability for cancellations is limited in accordance with the above stated policy for the maximum purchase price of the ticket.

SPECIAL ITEMS TO NOTE
Smoking is not permitted on any of the passenger cars or in the hotel at any time. With the exception of service dogs, pets cannot be accommodated on the train or in the hotel. GCR can accommodate pets at our Pet Resort at prevailing rates. Handicapped access is available. Please inquire at time of booking. Please be aware that Arizona does not observe daylight saving time. Arrival times are approximate. Rates and schedules are valid through 3/15/08 and are subject to change without notice. Reservations are subject to GCR policies. GCR does not operate December 24 & 25.
